New Canaan Medical for Norwalk Hospital

This retail conversion project utilized the existing building
footprint and integrated contemporary technologies for its
new use as a medical facility for Norwalk Hospital.  The
improvements to the site include updated drainage systems,
allowing water to infiltrate and reductions in asphalt give way
for vegetation.
