11 Chestnut Street is a conversion of the historic LeRoy Shirt
Company Factory into contemporary studio apartments with
ground floor commercial space.  The building is nearly a century
old and located adjacent to The South Norwalk Metro North Rail
Station.  The building is being designed by noted South Norwalk
architect, Bruce Beinfield, FAIA, www.beinfield.com.  The site design
includes parking facilities, public street frontage, and an amenity area
for onsite residents and businesses.  The amenity area will include
an outdoor fireplace, along with a pergola covered outdoor dining
area.
